Shipping & returns

Delivery within Sri Lanka

We deliver island-wide to all 25 districts by courier.

  • Orders under LKR 8,000: LKR 500 flat rate
  • Orders of LKR 8,000 or more: FREE
  • Usually 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Cash on Delivery available

Shipping to Canada

  • Orders under CAD 50: CAD 10 flat rate
  • Orders of CAD 50 or more: FREE
  • Usually 7–14 working days after dispatch, with tracking
  • Prices are in CAD. Import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on arrival are paid by the recipient.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available for Canada.

Order processing & tracking

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays). We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp first.

Exchanges & returns

You have 14 days from delivery to exchange full-price items for another size or style, or for store credit. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Sale items are final sale unless faulty. For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay the cost of sending the item back and we send the replacement free.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number. We'll replace the item or give a full refund, including delivery, and we cover the return cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made within 10 working days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer to a Sri Lankan account in your name.

How to start an exchange or return
