Shipping & delivery
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes. We deliver to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka by courier, and we also ship to Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Sri Lanka usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery to Canada usually takes 7–14 working days after dispatch.
How much is delivery?
Sri Lanka: LKR 500 flat rate, or free on orders of LKR 8,000 or more.
Canada: CAD 10 flat rate, or free on orders of CAD 50 or more.
The threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts. See our shipping policy for details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number for an update.
Do you ship to Canada? Are there duties?
Yes. Prices for Canada are shown in CAD. Canadian customs may charge import duties, taxes or brokerage fees on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange full-price items for another size or style, or for store credit. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Sale items are final sale unless faulty. Read the full refund policy.
How do I start an exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp (+94 76 644 9430) or email info@atakicollections.com with your order number, the item and the size you'd like. We'll reply within 2 working days with instructions.
What if my item is faulty or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give a full refund, and we cover the delivery costs.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Use our size guide, which lists bust, waist and hip measurements in inches and cm for XS to XXL. You can also open the size guide next to the size options on every product page.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Most of our pieces follow the size guide, but fit varies by style and fabric, so check the product description for fit notes. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit, or WhatsApp us your measurements and we'll help you choose.
How should I care for my clothes?
Always follow the care label. As a general rule, wash gently in cold water with similar colours, avoid bleach, dry in the shade to protect prints and colours, and iron on a low to medium setting. Hand-wash or gently machine-wash delicate lace and textured pieces.
Payment & contact
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders delivered in Sri Lanka. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. COD isn't available for Canada.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and other cards shown at checkout, plus Cash on Delivery within Sri Lanka. All online payments are processed securely, and we never see your full card details.
